How to request deletion

1. 1. Open your email account

   Use the same email address that is connected to your Alestio account.

2. 2. Send a deletion request

   Send an email with the subject line "Alestio Account Deletion Request" to our support team.

3. 3. Share identity verification details

   Include your full name, your registered email, and (if available) your vessel or company name so we can verify ownership.

4. 4. Wait for confirmation

   After verification, we process your request and send a completion confirmation by email.

Important notes

• Account deletion is permanent and cannot be reversed.
• Some records may be retained for legal, tax, security, or fraud-prevention obligations.
• Backups are removed automatically according to our retention cycle.
