CAPACITY
INFINIA’s production line is spread over a closed area of 3000 m2

Our monthly Printed Circuit Board Assembly (PCBA) process capacity is approximately 30.000 PCBA in IPC class 1, 2, and 3 productions.

We have two surface-mounted assembly lines:

  1. • Screen Printers
  2. • Surface Mounted Technology (SMT) Assembly Machines
  3. • Reflow Machines
  4. • Vertical Washing Machines
  5. • AOI (Automated Optical Inspection) Systems

In addition, our PCB productions used in smart hotel technologies, particularly in hotel automation systems, lighting, and climate control solutions, are optimized to comply with the latest technologies in the industry.

While providing the best quality services, our aim is to make our production process faster with our robust infrastructure, innovative design, and wealth of experience. We strive to achieve a human-centric design to address all needs and preferences of our customers.
HOW DO WE
WORK ?
We offer two types of production services to our customers. In the production method we call turnkey, the procurement of all sub-components of the product is provided by INFINIA, and the production plan starts with the material supply process.
Another service method we offer is production models in which the input quality and warehouse processes and planning are initiated after the sub- components are supplied by the customers and transferred to INFINIA. If a project-based production method is requested in line with the demands of our customers, stock management of sub-components can also be carried out by INFINIA depending on annual production demands.

OUR TESTING
PROCESS
We can apply various functional and operational tests to products according to the requirements of PCBA and units.
For functional testing we use unit, integration, interface, and component testing process;

  1. • Functional Tests and Operational Controls
  2. • Environmental Condition Tests (Aging Test Chamber)
  3. • Shock, Vibration, Humidity, and Corrosion Tests
  4. • EMI/EMC Compliance Tests

Smart control panels and touchscreen technologies used in office meeting room systems undergo precise testing processes to ensure they operate with the highest efficiency.

Through our entrance quality activities carried out meticulously, First Article Inspection (FAI), and final inspections, we deliver fault-free products to our customers.

We prioritize quality and customer satisfaction by our proactive approach by using methods such as Failure Mode, Effects Analysis (FMEA) and 8D. We carry out many projects in lean production, 6 sigma, 5S and KAIZEN.
